How is my custom packaging printed?
Packative uses different types of printing, depending on the order quantity. For smaller quantities, we use digital printing and for larger orders, we use offset printing. Both printing types are industry standards, and they can result in slight differences in the colors.
How can I print spot colors on my custom packaging? Do you provide spot colors?
We do provide spot colors for printing for our users that use our dieline download. To apply spot colors for your print, please select the color as "spot color". You can find more information on setting a spot color through our guidelines.
Can you also print inside of a box?
If you have an urgent custom box project that needs inside printing, please contact us. If you'd like to stay up to date with our new features, don't forget to sign up for our newsletter!
Can I use the mailer boxes to ship my products?
Yes. Our mailer boxes are made from sturdy cardboard that can withstand almost everything, and can be shipped as it is. This would be a perfect option to deliver your brand's identity to your customer's doorstep!
Is it possible to work on finishing options on the editor?

The box sizes are not suitable for my product
Can't find the right size that you need? Please request a quotation here, and we'll be ready to help you! If you want a box shape that's not available on the online editor, please beware that the minimum order quantity would differ and that there would be an additional dieline fee.
What's the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pcs for paper boxes and 250 pcs for corrugated boxes. If the size is too small, the higher MOQ may be required.
I want to put some food right inside the box. Is it safe to do so?
Yes, our paper is food certified and safe to use in direct contact with food.
How long does it take to receive my package?
The production period would be 2 weeks for paper boxes and 3 weeks for corrugated boxes after the design is confirmed. The production time may be delayed during the period of holidays.
Is it possible to receive a sample before production?
Yes, it will cost 22,000KRW for an unprinted sample. If you produce packages though Packative, the sample fees will be waived.
