Packative production process

Packative shipping needs to be paid on delivery. The shipping fee varies by the product size and the distance. Please check the estimated cost on our website.

Normally, a few of spare boxes are delivered. If the delivered quantity is lower than your oder, please contact the customer center.

Please use spare boxes if some of the boxes are damaged during the shipping.

Cardboard boxes are delivered to the ground floor and the support for unloading is needed.

In-person color inspection can be done for pantone colors or production of more than 5,000pcs.

All Packative boxes are delivered after glueing, yet some types of boxes require assembling.

Complaints can be made within one week after the delivery of the products (when the quantity is lower than 1,000pcs).
