How to find and use the right design elements – from graphic styles to color adjustment.
How to search for Design Elements
Search: Packative is providing a wide range of graphic elements. You can find suitable graphic elements by searching in the search tab.
Design collections: Packative graphic elements are organized in design collections with similar design styles. You can check out on the design collections by clicking on the name of the design collection.
How to rotate a design element
- Select a design element (text, graphics, etc).
- Click on the top handle to rotate the selection.
Pro Tip: If you press Shift while rotating, you can rotate the element by 45°
How to duplicate a design element
- Select a design element (text, graphics, etc).
- Click on the ‘Copy’ icon, or choose right-click to choose ‘Copy’ option to duplicate.
- Copy/Paste allows you to duplicate for multiple times.
Pro Tip: You can press [Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V] for Copy/Paste option. !CAUTION!: If an element is grouped, the entire group will be duplicated. If you want to duplicate a single element within the group, you have to ungroup first.
How to change the order of layers
As different layers of design elements are added, you may shift the order so that you can hide or bring forward the graphics of your liking.
Select: Click on the design element (text, graphics, etc) that you want to move.
Bring forward / Send backward : Bring forward moves an object one layer up, while Send Backward moves it one step to the back.
Bring to front / Send to back : Right-click on the design elements to put the object at the first / last position in the ordering.
Change colors on design elements
Design elements with the Icon are color adjustable. Click on the design element and pick your own colors from the toolbar.
